Because of nature of bill, there is no specific ending time of the committee hearing, though it will not run pass 1:00 pm at the latest.

The above map indicates to park in garages along River Road, but there is also a Pay-for-Parking Garage in between 5th and 6th Street and Main and North Street downtown, with a walk of a few blocks to the Capitol.
