Congressional Elections a Pro-Life Sweep!
On December 6th, Louisiana elected two pro-lifers to the 2nd and 4th Congressional Districts!
Joseph Cao, who answered the National Right to Life questionnaire strongly pro-life, defeated pro-abortion incumbent William Jefferson. On the day after the election, when asked about his positions on issues, Cao responded, "The only thing I am certain of is that I am anti-abortion."
In the 4th District, Dr. John Fleming was elected over Paul Carmouche. John Fleming answered the Right to Life Questionnaire 100% pro-life and was endorsed by National Right to Life PAC. In the same way,
