What is the Beyond the Vote Conference?

Beyond the Vote 2012, Louisiana's Pro-Life Conference, was a great success in educating and activating individuals in their pro-life efforts.  Speakers such as Lila Rose of Live Action and Father Shenan Boquet of Human Life International, inspired and informed atendees about the hurdles we face today. 

The decision our nation faces on November 6th is essential to the future of the protection of life in our nation. We must be engaged and active to educate voters as the election approaches. But with around 8,000 abortions happening per year in Louisiana, we know even more needs to be done. We have to go "beyond the vote" and expand our pro-life efforts in all corners of our state to create an abortion-free Louisiana.

Beyond the Vote 2012 will take our movement one step further by giving pro-lifers the education and inspiration necessary to be an effective voice for life. Conference to include presentations, breakout sessions, hands-on workshops, youth & college training, networking, and much more!

ITEMS OF INTEREST

  • Prior to the opening of the conference Friday, there will be a special invitation-only leadership summit, designed to foster unity among Louisiana pro-life efforts. The summit will be held on Friday afternoon. More details to come.
  • Louisiana Students for Life will be holding their annual conference for university students in conjunction with Beyond the Vote 2012.
