Are you Protected? Living Wills and Will to Live

While we think it will never happen to us, we may find ourselves in a medical emergency and incapicatated and unable to express our healthcare wishes. It is important that you and your family members state right now, in full competency, what your healthcare wishes are and who will make decisions in your absence.

While Louisiana has a "Living Will" (otherwise known as the Louisiana Declaration Concerning Life-Sustaining Treatment), we join National Right to Life and the Alliance Defense Fund in suggesting you complete a more pro-life "Will to Live".
