Louisiana Revised Statute 47:463.61 authorizes the Louisiana Right to Life Educational Committee, Inc. to be officially responsible for the Choose Life License Plate Program, including facilitating and processing grants and the promotion of the plate.  The statute authorizes the Louisiana Right to Life Educational Committee to utilize 5% of the funds for administration and promotion of the plate, but the Louisiana Right to Life Educational Committee does not receive any other funds from the Choose Life License Plate program.
